Many individuals come to see me feeling disconnected or struggling with constant internal conflict, often stemming from early traumatic or relational experiences that have fundamentally shaped how they view the world and relate to themselves and others. My approach primarily uses psychodynamic and attachment-based principles to understand the root of these patterns.
We work together to explore past experiences and the impact they have on current well-being, while integrating modalities like CBT, Brainspotting, Somatic work, and Mindfulness to build emotional regulation. The goal is to nurture a healthier, more compassionate relationship with the self, allowing clients to heal deep relational wounds and ultimately experience greater stability and well-being in all areas of their life.
I work with Individual Adults, Couples, Children, and Adolescents, specializing in issues including Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and Complex-PTSD. My training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents and focus on attachment trauma equips me to address difficulties with executive functioning, self-trust, and emotion regulation.
