About Lyndsay

From survival mode to a life that feels like yours

My clients often come in feeling overwhelmed by an "internal storm," whether it's the paralyzing grip of an eating disorder, the weight of trauma, or the drain of substance use and relationship cycles. They feel like they are stuck in survival mode, with different parts of themselves at war, making it impossible to see themselves as more than their daily struggles or the transitions they are navigating.

I utilize a highly personalized, LGBTQIA+ affirming approach that honors the complex layers of your history and the systems you live in. Drawing on over 11 years of experience in outpatient, residential, and inpatient treatment settings, I bring a deep clinical expertise to navigating higher levels of care and complex cases. By integrating evidence-based methods like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand the "parts" of you that feel stuck, and DBT for real-time emotional regulation, we explore the "why" behind your emotional loops to create deep, lasting change. My approach is practical and collaborative, ensuring we aren't just talking about the problem, but actively building a roadmap to move through it.

I help adolescents and adults with Depression, Eating Disorders, PTSD, and Identity Development. The result of our work together is a profound shift from just "getting through the day" to living with genuine confidence. You'll gain a toolkit of practical skills to regulate your emotions, break free from old patterns, and feel empowered to move forward in a way that feels safe, balanced, and truly aligned with your best self.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being with my cats, practicing yoga, getting outdoors, and singing karaoke. I value balance, creativity, and meaningful relationships, both personally and professionally.
