Nothing on this website is therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care. Reading this website, or sending us a message through it, does not create a therapist-client relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after an intake process and a signed agreement.

Booking and communications

Booking links on this site take you to our scheduling provider, and the contact form sends your message to our practice inbox. Please keep messages to scheduling and general questions and do not include detailed health information.

The text, images, and design of this website belong to Life Threads Therapy or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages; please do not republish our content without asking.
